Starting off from humble
beginnings pouring pints on a holiday camp, to becoming
a name with in the industry for outstanding quality of
his drinks, both regular and Cocktail.
Now accredited with
countless cocktails, Lee wants to share with you the
DO's and DONT's within Cocktail making.
