Take a 10oz high ball glass and three quarters fill with cubed ice.

Add  35ml Jack Daniels, pour in Orange Juice but not to the very top. Pour the Grenadine slowly through the middle of the glass. The Grenadine will sink to the bottom of the glass forming the sunset.

Garnish with orange peel. Serve with a cocktail straw.
